We offer standard shipping to the United States, Canada, most countries in South America, Europe, and Asia, as well as Australia and New Zealand. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Sunday). Orders placed after 12:00 AM CST (GMT+8) will be processed the next business day. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to location, customs, or carrier delays.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order in the following ways:

  1. Directly through the email: Simply click on the tracking number in the email to view the latest shipping status.
  2. Via your Incvee account: Log in to the Incvee backend with your email address and verification code. Once logged in, you can find the tracking number for your order under the relevant order details.
  3. Using Live Chat: Visit the website and use the Instant Answers feature in the chat window at the bottom right. Select Track My Order, then enter your order number and email address to view the tracking information.

These methods give you flexibility and easy access to your order status at any time.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. For returns due to quality issues (damage or defects), we provide a free return shipping label. For other returns (e.g., change of mind), buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

We do not directly offer exchanges; to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@incvee.com. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return upon receipt.

Damaged or Defective Products

We strive for the highest quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@incvee.com with clear photos of the damage. We will guide you through the return process and provide a free return shipping label if applicable. For faulty products, we will issue a full refund.
